My love for Frappuccino needs no introduction, but it did start clashing with my keto diet.

I found myself at a crossroads where if my keto diet was to continue, I had to find keto friendly espresso drinks.

The Incredible Benefits of Coffee
Coffee contains essential nutrients vital to your health, and it also helps boost your energy level. Adequate coffee intake enables you to achieve mental clarity, focus, and alertness.
Studies have proven that it can assist in burning fat and losing weight.
Unsweetened coffee can potentially reduce your risk of type 2 Diabetes as well, since it contains potassium and magnesium, which assist your insulin.
Thus drastically reducing cravings for sugar. So I definitely recommend coffee intake daily, but when you feel the need to indulge yourself, indulge wisely with keto friendly espresso drinks.
