4 Ingredient “Oreo” Keto Truffles With Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 box of 16 Catalina Crunch Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
- 7 oz of LiLy’s semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- In a food processor, pulverize 16 whole cookies.
- Place your cookie powder in a large bowl and add 4 oz of softened cream cheese. Mix it together until well combined.
- Using a tsp measurement, scoop your dough and form small balls.
- Place your cookie truffles in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Melt 7 ounces of semi sweet sugar free chocolate chips. Mix in 1 tsp of coconut oil.
- Dip your frozen cookie truffles in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Place them back in the freezer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
