Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and it’s generally a day where most of us are naturally inclined to cheat on our diets.

However, after fully embracing keto, I’ve become so finely tuned with a healthier lifestyle that cheating on this amazing low carb diet just doesn’t feel worth it!

Let’s do away with the myth that healthier keto alternatives can’t be as tasty as the original, shall we! I’ll prove it today with these delicious quick keto biscuits.

I can truly say that I found the combination of elements that makes the best keto cheesy biscuit, one with the texture and airiness of a real biscuit using keto ingredients!

Here are the Flourless Biscuits Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese shredded

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2¼ cups almond flour

  • 1¼ tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter cut into very small squares

These are so easy to make and perfect for breakfast sandwiches! Also, they’re guaranteed to be an absolute hit this thanksgiving.

As you guys know, I’m always looking for quick and easy keto friendly recipes that require very little prep time, so I can eat well and still have time to relax (especially during the cooking marathon that is thanksgiving).

These quick keto biscuits recipe is not only going to be part of my thanksgiving, but it’s also in the running to become a weekly regular at my house.

Easy Keto Cheddar Biscuits are a Thanksgiving Miracle

These quick keto biscuits don’t contain any flour and make the perfect texture for my thanksgiving keto stuffing.

Yes, that’s right! You can put them in your keto stuffing, and I promise you, you won’t regret it. They’re bursting with flavor and simply irresistible!

While it might look like they take a lot of time to prepare, you won’t have to slave away in the kitchen to enjoy this keto biscuits recipe!

Tastes Better Than The Original

Did you say a flourless biscuits recipe that tastes better than the original? Yes, you heard that right!

I’ll admit, even I was skeptical at first! But tasting is believing, so this Thanksgiving, you should definitely give these easy keto cheddar biscuits a shot.

Can We Store Our Keto Biscuits?

You can always store them in the fridge and use an oven-toaster to get them back to perfection.

However, just note there’s nothing like having a fresh batch of keto cheddar biscuits with a smear of butter.

They won’t last that long in the fridge, so I’d say 4 or 5 days at best (perfect as Thanksgiving low carb leftovers!).

My suggestion is to freeze them in an airtight container if you want to save them for longer than five days.

Let them thaw in the fridge or room temperature before you decide to warm them up again, to achieve even temperature.

Tips For The Ultimate Keto Cheddar Biscuits

The dough should be sticky and dense to create the perfect consistency when baked.

Scoop your biscuits out of the dough with an ice cream scooper, or spoon, to make equal sizes but remember to flatten them just a little to achieve that ideal shape.

A ½ inch thickness will give you a soft and tender inside with the flawless golden brown exterior you’re looking for.

After they’re cooked, it’s essential to let them cool off for a bit. Otherwise, the biscuits just start breaking off, and we don’t want to mess with perfection.

A More Perfect Keto Side Dish Never Existed!

This divine keto cheddar biscuit is delicious, whether it’s served with turkey, chicken, seafood. It can also work amazingly well as a side for soup or steak!

Make this buttery and perfectly baked flourless with fantastic texture for Thanksgiving, and it’s guaranteed to steal the show (or be stolen)!

Really gotta say that I LOVE how versatile this recipe is. My turkey’s stuffing really got an upgrade from it’s delicious texture.

Hope you’re excited, because I have a TON more recipes lined up for Thanksgiving! Stay tuned!
