Easy Keto Cheddar Biscuits are a Thanksgiving Miracle
These quick keto biscuits don’t contain any flour and make the perfect texture for my thanksgiving keto stuffing.
Yes, that’s right! You can put them in your keto stuffing, and I promise you, you won’t regret it. They’re bursting with flavor and simply irresistible!
While it might look like they take a lot of time to prepare, you won’t have to slave away in the kitchen to enjoy this keto biscuits recipe!

Tastes Better Than The Original
Did you say a flourless biscuits recipe that tastes better than the original? Yes, you heard that right!
I’ll admit, even I was skeptical at first! But tasting is believing, so this Thanksgiving, you should definitely give these easy keto cheddar biscuits a shot.
Can We Store Our Keto Biscuits?
You can always store them in the fridge and use an oven-toaster to get them back to perfection.
However, just note there’s nothing like having a fresh batch of keto cheddar biscuits with a smear of butter.
They won’t last that long in the fridge, so I’d say 4 or 5 days at best (perfect as Thanksgiving low carb leftovers!).
My suggestion is to freeze them in an airtight container if you want to save them for longer than five days.
Let them thaw in the fridge or room temperature before you decide to warm them up again, to achieve even temperature.

Tips For The Ultimate Keto Cheddar Biscuits
The dough should be sticky and dense to create the perfect consistency when baked.
Scoop your biscuits out of the dough with an ice cream scooper, or spoon, to make equal sizes but remember to flatten them just a little to achieve that ideal shape.
A ½ inch thickness will give you a soft and tender inside with the flawless golden brown exterior you’re looking for.
After they’re cooked, it’s essential to let them cool off for a bit. Otherwise, the biscuits just start breaking off, and we don’t want to mess with perfection.

A More Perfect Keto Side Dish Never Existed!
This divine keto cheddar biscuit is delicious, whether it’s served with turkey, chicken, seafood. It can also work amazingly well as a side for soup or steak!
