If you’re looking for something creamy and full of flavor to accompany your proteins. This garlic cauliflower puree is the perfect addition to your menu. It’s buttery, creamy, and so deliciously garlicky.
In a large pot with boiling water and 3 tbsp of salt, add your cauliflower (that's been cut into quarters) and boil for 15 minutes at medium-high heat.
Remove it from the for and drain any excess water while it cools for 5 minutes in a plate. When it's cooled, add it to a high-speed blender with heavy cream, garlic, unsalted melted butter, salt, pepper, and water.
Blend until completely smooth for about 1 minute. Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy!
