- 2 cups frozen almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/16 tsp ground cloves
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sweetener (I use erythritol
- In a high-speed blender, blend frozen almond milk, heavy cream, vanilla, sweetener, ginger powder, ground cloves, and cinnamon powder until smooth.
- Serve with whipped cream and gingerbread cookie crumble or cinnamon powder. Enjoy!
