Super Low Carb Tortillas
I use Mr. Tortilla’s amazing multigrain tortillas in my low carb taco recipes. You know how much I obsess over my newly found keto products and I just have to tell you, when I did find Mr. Tortilla, I fell in love.
I’ve made it my life’s mission to eat my fair share of tacos. In fact, I even created this wonderful recipe which became a staple in my home.

These tortillas are the perfect low carb addition to my pantry. It goes amazingly well with this perfectly seasoned shrimp. Mr. Tortilla is both healthy and unbelievably tasty.
Perhaps it’s because these tortillas are high quality. It uses a higher-quality fiber, unlike other brands that use cellulose gum.
In addition, it contains no lard, trans fats, or any harmful oils. It uses high quality organic flour.

Actually, they make it a point to not use enriched bleached flour, which is cheaper and faster to make.
Lastly, it has 0 mg of cholesterol in every tortilla. Honestly, where else can you find something this good, in all respects?
In summary, Mr. Tortilla’s is made with organic, non-GMO flour, vegan, low fat, low calorie, low sodium, OU kosher certified, has 1g net carb, and uses healthy oat fiber.
That is, of course, apart from the fact that it’s so good. To be honest, I have, on occasion, ate my way through some without the shrimps and my amazing keto slaw dressing.
They’re also perfect for mini quesadillas which I love to have as snacks.

Garlic Cilantro Lime Sauce
My favorite part in this recipe is making a super fresh and flavorful keto slaw dressing.
This garlic cilantro lime sauce is a flavor bomb. It fully compliments the flavors of the guacamole, green cabbage, and shrimp so be sure not to skip this delicious sauce.
I can attest, so can my boyfriend, and friends, and family members, that this keto slaw dressing is breath-taking, but in a good way.

Once this keto slaw dressing is drizzled on top of the cooked shrimp it becomes a mouthwatering moment!
The best thing is that all you need to make this is sour cream, lime juice, garlic, some herbs, and olive oil. Once you mix it all up together, you’re in business!
This sauce will last you a week in the fridge which makes it perfect for your weekly meal prepping. You can use it as a salad dressing, a slaw dressing, and even on top of any meat.

Shrimp Prep
Make sure your shrimp are completely deveined and peeled. Tails will also be removed before cooking as this shrimp will be eaten inside your taco.
I love grabbing the already deveined and peeled frozen shrimp from the grocery store. If you can’t find a bag that says deveined and peeled, just make sure to do that before seasoning.
Once you’ve finished with them, grill them a bit in a skillet. However, if the sun is up and the grill is hot, I prefer to grill the shrimps outside! Love the shar!
If you do this, it would be best to get them on some skewers so you won’t be overly frustrated in your shrimp grilling endeavors.
However, if a grill is not an option, your shrimp will also cook perfectly in a frying pan just like I did for this recipe.

Amazingly Healthy Taco Night
If you are looking for a recipe for your upcoming Taco Night with friends or family, this is just the thing for you.
These low carb taco recipes are fast, easy, and absolutely worth every second of the prepping process.
It should give you something to look forward to at the end of the day. Especially if you are of the philosophy: “Everything’s better with tacos.”

Just keep this keto taco on your mind. Pair it with TV, or some work you’re planning on bringing home. You can even have them with your friends and family.
Tacos are one of the best foods to prepare and consume during warm nights, or any kind of night, at that.
Food, after all, is not only consumed for nutrition, or survival. Food can be elevated to an art form. Failing that, food brings joy to people.
If my keto shrimp taco recipe doesn’t quite do the trick, I have more keto recipes in my many pockets.
