Pizza Dough

  • 1 3/4 cups mozzarella shredded
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 whole egg


  • 1/3 cup low carb tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup kimchi
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions


  • Preheat the oven to 375F/ 190C.
  • Place all the ingredients apart from the egg, in a microwaveable bowl. Stir gently to mix together. Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds or until fully melted. Mix until all is combined.
  • Add the egg then mix fast until smooth and fully incorporated to make a cheesy dough.
  • Place on a parchment-prepared baking tray and form into a circle shape.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Take out and spread 1/3 cup of tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, kimchi, and green onions. Then, place back in the oven for another 7 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Add some fresh chopped green onions and slice. Enjoy!
