A Gluten Free Crust: Fat Snax Cookies

I know you want to know how to make sugar free cheesecake that is keto friendly. Well, one of the ways I turned it into something we keto warriors can eat is to use these best-selling keto cookies which are fun-sized!

These are the most poppable, lovable, high-quality keto treat. Plus, they’re not too shabby at being keto dessert ingredients either.

Just like all their other treats, each serving of Fat Snax Mini Cookies is gluten-free. It also only contains 2 to 3 net carbs.

The ingredients for these wonderfully keto snacks include almond flour, Fat Snax Fats Blend Butter Cream, Sustainable Organic Palm Fruit Oil, Natural Almond Butter (100% Roasted Almonds), Coconut Oil, Erythritol, Chocolate Chips, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Inulin, Water, Dried Eggs, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Acacia Gum, Rosemary, Stevia Leaf Extract, and Monk Fruit Extract.

The ingredients just prove that this is a gluten free chocolate crust for cheesecake, which makes it more and more appealing, especially for people on special diets.

The Filling

Now that we have talked about the gluten free chocolate crust for cheesecake, let us now discuss the deliciously creamy filling.

The filling is just as important as the crust in this recipe, perhaps even more so. This is why you need to make sure that your cream cheese is properly softened. Otherwise, it won’t beat well.

Finally, if you want to make a sugar-free cheesecake, all you need to do is to use powdered monkfruit or any other sugar free sweetener as a substitute for regular sugar.

Using powdered sweetener will keep the creamy consistency you’re looking for. If you use a granulated sweetener, since there’s no heat to melt the sugar crystals you’ll have a crunchy sugar texture in your cream.

Once you have the filling all nice and creamy, spoon it over the crusts and press it down with the back of a spoon. Then, smooth down the tops of the mini cheesecakes.

Finally, place the filling in the fridge to set properly. Also, before you remove them from the fridge, make sure that they are firm to the touch.

Whipped Topping

The sugar free whipped topping will make this amazing keto jello cream cheese dessert a lot more interesting, as well as extra delicious.

All you need to do is wait until your cheesecake filling firms up and top it off with your whipped cream.

Once the delicious whipped cream is ready, sprinkle some more double chocolate cookies and enjoy your new keto dessert.
