Here’s a super simple yet delicious pumpkin pie shake that only takes 5-minutes to make. Not only is it incredibly easy to prepare, but it’s also a new way of enjoying pumpkin pie flavor without all the extra added calories and carbs. You definitely need to try it this fall season.
Add 2 cups of ice to a high-speed blender, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, half a cup of heavy cream, half a cup of sweetener (I use erythritol), 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, half a cup of zero-sugar pumpkin puree, and 1 tsp of pumpkin spice.
Blend it all up by giving it a couple of pulses to break up the ice and then let it run for about 30 seconds or until is completely smooth.
Serve it up into your favorite glass and top it off with some whipped cream. Also, a dash of pumpkin spice on the top to give it a nice kick. Enjoy!
